What is a soft bounce vs a hard bounce? And can Scrubby catch soft bounces?

You will get hard bounces for email addresses that do NOT exist or are wrong.You will get soft bounces, for when the servers are off-line, or the mail servers or spam filters don’t like your sender score, domain reputation or content.
