If I am on a monthly plan with unused credits that have rolled over, can I cancel my subscription and still retain these credits for future use?
Yes, if you’re on a monthly plan with Scrubby and have accumulated unused credits due to them rolling over, you have the flexibility to cancel your monthly subscription and retain your unused credits.
When you cancel, we’ll convert your monthly plan credits into pay-as-you-go credits, allowing you to continue using our services without a monthly commitment.
However, it’s important to note that the conversion of these credits is subject to an exchange rate based on the pay-as-you-go pricing structure. The conversion rate will be calculated based on the unit price difference between what you paid under the monthly plan and the pay-as-you-go rate. For example, if your average cost per credit under the monthly plan was 1 cent, and you have 10,000 unused credits, but the pay-as-you-go rate is 1.3 cents per credit, we will calculate the value of your unused credits at the pay-as-you-go rate. This means your 10,000 credits would be adjusted according to the pay-as-you-go unit price, ensuring that you receive fair value for your unused credits under the new plan.
