I'm trying to register but it says "Domain Restricted". What should I do?

That message means the email address you signed up with did not pass our business-domain check. There are three common reasons.

1. A personal or public domain. We do not accept registrations from free providers such as gmail.com or yahoo.com. Sign up with your work address instead.

2. The domain does not resolve. If the domain has no live website or does not exist, registration is blocked. Check for a typo first.

3. The domain redirects elsewhere. If your business domain forwards to a different domain, the check can fail even though the address is genuine.

If you are using a valid company address and still see the message, get in touch with the address you are trying to register and we will sort it out.
