Yes. Credits that have rolled over from previous months stay on your account after you cancel a monthly plan — you can keep spending them.
What this means in practice:
- Cancelling stops the recurring charge, not your access to the balance you have already paid for
- Rolled-over credits remain available to use
- You can come back to a plan later without having lost anything
This is deliberate. Credits are something you have already bought, so a quiet quarter or a pause between campaigns should not cost you the balance. If your volume has become genuinely irregular, PayGo may suit you better than cancelling and resubscribing repeatedly.
